Events and private services by CookingArtPassion Mariusz Kaminski trained chef, with over 16 year's experience in the industry with a successful track record of impressing customers, with unusual, successful food combination, creative decorative and food displays, with best standard, unique flavors and quality.

Experienced and talented private chef skilled at preparing professional meals for a variety of tastes. Ready to use vast knowledge of providing stress-free quality dishes prepared to you, exemplary customer service for a range of occasions, including corporate events, private dinners or parties.

My usual private chef service provides three fine dining experiences every day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but I am here to answer your needs: you can hire my service by the meal, for a period of time, or on a short-term or permanent basis.

I have been involved in private chef and professional kitchen services and events for over 15 years. I  am passionate about food, cook from the heart and customer service is my number one priority. I absolutely love's doing what I do, preparing fantastic food for special events and creating amazing memories!

My services are the perfect options for entertaining lots of guest in your own home or hired location. My menus are linked between flavours, textures, well-being and health, based on quality fresh ingredients. I will treat my carefully sourced ingredients with the respect they deserve, creating delicious meals to give the high-end culinary experience.

I believe that each customer will have their own ideas of what they want and by meeting with you personally or via email and discussing your requirements, I will provide a bespoke package to suit your needs. Once we establish what you want, your style and your budget, I work around you to make your event exactly as you envisaged it to be and usually we exceed expectations.

Only the freshest, finest quality produce is used in the creation of all traditional and spectacular dishes that I prepare.

My dishes are made with only the freshest, locally-sourced, free farm, high-end ingredients used through our dinner party service and cooking classes, my delicious and stunning dishes are certain to blow you away. You can be certain that you're receiving the specialist care of expert in his field, no matter which of my private catering services you opt for. To keep my menu fresh and excited I'm tweaking my menu according to the seasons.

Currently working as a chef de cuisine with Marco Pierre White in his restaurants in  Corsham. I was trained in high profile establishment's and trained by some of the best chefs in industry includes; Marco Pierre White at ,,Rudloe Arms in Corsham, Gordon Ramsay team ,, Claridge's London'' , Marcus Wareing at ,, Marcus'' London, ,,The Pass Restaurant'' with Matt Gillan, Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir in Oxford and other quality restaurants. This work experience give me opportunity to learn from some of the best people in industry and, develope my own unique palet and techniques of cooking.

Once you have spoke with us, and created a bespoke menu from our food choices that includes your favorite foods within your price range, we will provide you with a all ingredients to create the courses from your tailored menu. We will contact you according to dietary requirements and allergies where necessary. All of our dishes are naturally freshly made, always can be adapted to be gluten free and, to be adapted to my customers personal preference and needs.

ON THE DAY 

We will arrive 4-5 hours before your event start time. Prepare, cook and serve the food, clean the kitchen, wash up and leave the kitchen as it is found. Tableware, linen and glasses are not provided. 

We do require an on-site kitchen to cater for a any of our functions.
