Hens Egg and Asparagus

Classic: always great option for spring and summer menu.

Poached Asparagus-cook from boiling water for 2 min.
Soft cooked hens egg-  cook from boiling water for 6 min, move to Ice water. Leave to cool it will be easier to peel.

Served with Parmesan, melted lemon butter and coriander.
