Sushi of Tuna, Salmon and Crab
After finishing my Sozai Sushi training's in 2018. I decide to create this tasty and light, lunch summer dish.
California Rolls and crispy Rice with soy&lime marinated Tuna.
Served with house soy and lime sauce, sesame oil, smoked salmon Sashimi.
For main Course I made Chinese Broth with soft cooked boiled egg, Noodles, Pak choi and Teriyaki marinated Iron steak.
