Clafoutis

One of my best selling dessert.

500ml double cream 
100g ground almonds 
50g plain flour 
3 x M. eggs
1 x egg yolk
70g caster sugar 
1 fresh vanilla stick or 1 tsp of vanilla paste or extract 
Pinch of salt

Mix all together. Use hand blender or whisk.
Butter flat Soufflé dish. Pour mix in to the moulds. After you will pour the mix, you can add any fruits you like. Gently place the fruits on the top of the egg mix.

Cook in 180c for 10-12min. Drizzle with fruit or caramel sauce. In the middle place scoop of vanilla or caramel ice cream.

Blueberries and milk chocolate, vanilla ice cream
Roasted figs, rhubarb, almonds, vanilla ice cream
