300g of gluten free flour
2x tablespoon of celery salt
1x tablespoon of cayenne pepper
1x tablespoon of smoked paprika
2x tablespoon of sweet paprika
2x tablespoon of dry sage
2x tablespoon of majoran
2x tablespoon of all spice
1x tablespoon of brown sugar
2x tablespoon of dry oregano
2x tablespoon of dry basil
1x tablespoon of ground coriander
2x tablespoon of garlic powder
3x tablespoon of onion powder
1x tablespoon of gluten free baking powder
1x tablespoon of salt
Best results is to marinade chicken breasts in buttermilk, fresh thyme, salt, garlic and crack pepper.
Coat chicken in panko mix. Deep fried for
5-7min on 170c. Finish in oven set on 180c for 5min.
