House dressing / Burger sauce

10x Garlic heads
1.5kg fresh mayonnaise
200ml pasteurized egg yolk
Juice of 4 lemons
40g nutrition dry yeasts flakes 
2 tbsp capers
100ml of Kombacha 
Pinch of Turmeric
Pinch of ground coriander
3 tablespoon of Savora mustard
2 teaspoon of salt

Cut the top off the each garlic head. Roast the garlic in the oven till soft and golden, approximately 10-12min on 180c.

When roasted, pill the garlic and blend with a hand blender or kitchen mixer till you will form the paste.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, seasoning and egg yolks, add lemon juice, Kombacza and beat well. Keep in the fridge up till seven days.
