Chocolate pot

800g cream cheese ( room temperature)
100g soft cheese ( room temperature)
250g caster sugar
600g chocolate
7x egg
Dulce de leche and honeycomb for garnish. 

Start by malting a chocolate in the bowl over a simmering water.
Beat the cheeses and sugar until light and creamy.  Then start adding the eggs one by one beating slowly and constantly until  becomes foamy.
Slowly in steady stream, add melted chocolate in to the cheese mix, mixing constantly.
Baked on 110 in water bath for 20- 25min.
