Pitta bread
300g strong plain flour
1 sachet of dry yeasts
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp of oil
200ml of warm water
Caravay or black onion seeds ( optional)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Move the dough into the flat surface and knead for 5min till elastic and smooth.
Leave to double in size around 30min.
When ready divide the dough in to the 4 / 6 small ball and rill them individually in to oval shape pancakes.
Cook at 250c in preheated oven on hot flat baking tray for 10- 20min. Or cook each pancake on low heat using frying pan, cooking 5min on each side.
