Lavosh crackers
Lavosh mix
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
165ml water
30ml olive oil 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
dry rosemary dry thyme onion seeds cumin roasted coriander black pepper
Mix all and knead for about 5 min until smooth add more water if needed.
Divide dough and on a floured surface roll each dough till paper thin, then slice in any triangle or finger slices. Place on the tray,brush with egg, sprinkle with my za'atar mix.
Cook in the oven for 10-12 min on 180c until.
Great to dip in hummus, labneh, or to be served with cheese board and house cured meats platter.
