Banana bread / gluten free




Recipe for my banana bread also I recommend to swap bananas for blueberries and dark chocolate!😋 
  • 3 bananas 
  • 190g plain or gluten free flour 
  • 1tsp bicarbonates soda 
  • 80g golden caster sugar 
  • 1x egg 70g melted butter or vegan butter 
  • 2x eggs
  • pinch of salt 
  • 100ml of milk or soy milk
Mash 2 bananas with the fork in the bowl. Add rest of the ingredients and mix all together. Grease the bread tin with butter. Pour the banana mix and baked in preheat oven for 50-60min on 180c.
Bread tin sizes: 12cm (W)  20 / 30cm (L) 15cm (H)

Optional for extra flavour to add in to this recipe: pinch of cinnamon, 1tbsp of sultanas, 80g of chopped dark chocolate or zest of one orange.
