Covid 19 has transformed the food industry in countless ways.

For many consumers the pandemic has had a sharp impact on mental and physical health. Most of us feel a greater need to keep up our health now then before Covid 19.
 
It is good to remember that our food and drinks can be OUR MEDICINE, mixed with the right balancing flavour and natural probiotic to support our immune system.

We need to understand the food we eat, and that our gut microbiome is strongly influenced by our food choices. 
Look for immunity-boosting food, food with a high nutritional density, food that promote gut health and probiotic food naturally contains probiotic cultures of yeast and bacteria. 
I'm including my plant-forward, sourdough and probiotic recipes, into most of my dishes on menus.
There is 'NO RULES' to my culinary creations taking formats, flavours and techniques to next level. My recipes are linked between taste, textures, quality and beauty of ingredients. Based on own grow, free farm, seasonal, fresh and locally sourced produce. 



REDUCE RATHER THAN ELIMINATE 

Although many on strictly plant-forward diets would prefer to see carnivores giving up their precious meet. It is not likely to happen.
We all love eating out, enjoying nostalgia time with family and friends trying new exciting dishes. 
Adding more plant-forward meals or more  sourdogh can be still exciting and delicious, providing our body with all the healthy nutrition we need to support our immune system. 
We can still enjoy our, favourite Pie, juicy steak or crispy fish & chips, it is all about good varieties quality of food we are choosing and, about balance.

Remember that it is all about consuming health in a style that suits us and our life style. Also remember that food and its power will always bring people together, eat out with excitement and enjoyment of trying different food and flavours!

Our knowledge is power after all and is not necessary to become a health food restaurant or to make every menu item a particularity healthy option. 
Rather my goal is to provide my customers with more information about food they are eating, and that they can make healthy informed choices, when they want to. By using my recipes and ideas.
