Covid 19 has transformed the food industry in countless ways

For many consumers the pandemic had has a sharp impact on mental and physical health. 
Most of us feel a greated need to keep up our health now then before Covid 19. 

Is importand to remember, that our food and drinks is OUR MEDICINE, dishes mix with the right balancing flavour and natural probiotic to support our immune system will still taste great! 

Although many on strictly plant-forward diets would prefer to see carnivores giving up their precious meet. It is not likely to happen!
The best way to do so is, to understand the food we eat, and that our gut microbiome is strongly influenced by our food choices and balance. Look for immunity-boosting food, food with a high nutritional density, food that promote gut health and probiotic food naturally contains probiotic cultures of yeast and bacteria. Freshly naturally made, free from processing and pasteurization.

We all love eating out, enjoy nostalgia time with family, friends and trynig new existing dishes. 
Adding more plant-forward meals or more  sourdogh can be still exiting and delicious, the same time giving us all the healthy nutritions we need to support our immune system. 

Is good to remember that it us all about consuming health in a style that suits us and our life style. Also remember that food and its power will always bring people together, eat out with excitement and enjoyment of trying different food and flavours.

KOMBUCHA

Brobiotic beverage I made by brewing together, sugar, black or green tea and the symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts. Take me 2-4 weeks to create my first      ''Scoby''-''Mother'' base for my Kombucha.

The Kombucha is one of the natural fermented drinks of improving digestion and diabetes, strengthening the immune system, reducing blood pressure and being detoxifying. During the fermentation a large amount of probiotic bacteria is also produced. Probiotic are healthy bacteria that are great for your gut, helping with digestion, inflammation issue and can eventually help you loose weigh as well.
