Sourdough Yorkshire pudding

No Sunday dinner is complete without a puffy Yorkshire pudding, that soaks up all the beautiful gravy.
My sourdough Yorkshire pudding is a simple as is gets, and they puff up, crisp up and brown like a dream!
TIP: for best result use feeded, bubbling active starter for this recipe.
150ml milk
100g sourdough starter
2x medium eggs
80g plain flour
Whisk milk, starter and eggs until well combined. Then add flour and pinch of salt.
Bake at 200-210c for 13-17 minutes.
