Great and delicious crust, for crispy mussels served with wafu sauce.

2 cups all purpose white flour

2 tsp table salt

1 1/2 tsp dried thyme

1 1/2 tsp dried basil

4 Tbsp paprika

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tbsp roasted fennel seeds

2 tbsp onion seeds

1 Tbsp celery salt

2 Tbsp garlic salt

1 Tbsp black pepper

1 Tbsp dry mustard powder

3 Tbsp white pepper

1 Tbsp ground ginger
