Perfectly crunchy on the outside oat biscuits; made with honey, rosemary & cinnamon, a quick, simple and naturally gluten free recipe anyone can make at home. ? Also this recipe will perfectly worked as a topping for my gluten free Cox's aple Genoise crumble cake.
130g gluten free oats flour
130g gluten free oats
1tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
30g honey
30g coconut oil ( olive oil can be used insted)
Tip: as a few different flavouring options we can use 1/2 vanilla paste, 10g chocolate chopped into pieces or 20g of seeds such as sunflower, sesame or almonds.
