Bee and honey Wiltshire 2023

During my private chef dining experience I teach my clients that I'm producing many of my own ingredients in a simple and respectful way, following an organic model.

Beekeeping and my relationship with natural and local ingredients it's priority and balance for the flavor and texture of my dishes.

I use honey most frequently for cooking.

Soon I will produce my own honey 🍯 to use at my private chef dining experience, around South West of England.

As a chef, I love working with fresh, local ingredients and have created new recipes such as wild Salmon with Wild my wild Honey, scented labna, shredded beets, goat’s cheese and Egyptian spiced dukkah. I will be great simply poured over pancakes for my breakfast and branch menu, and as a refresher on my signature almonds Clafoutis, apples 🍎 and ginger

The beauty of my Wild Honey is that you will never get two batches the same due to the variety of plants and flowers the bees pollinate in the area.
